Welcome to Michelle’s Pet Center, your trusted, third-generation family-owned pet store in Roscoe, IL. Since our beginnings in 1971 as Bill’s Aqualand, our passion for animals and commitment to the community have only grown stronger. From 2000 to 2017, Michelle’s mom lovingly carried on the family tradition, and today, Michelle proudly continues that legacy. We offer a wide variety of reptiles, small animals, premium dog and cat food, toys, and specialty supplies, all in one of the cleanest and friendliest pet stores around. Love this pet store. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable. We go there for feeder mice for our pet snake. Very reasonable prices. We even bought our first pet ferret from here.

My kids and I went to this lovely hidden gem pet store, I was searching for ferrets and supplies. This pet store came up and decided to check it out and I am so glad I did. This place is wonderful! The staff are very friendly and so very helpful. I met the owner while I was there and she is AMAZING! The prices are very reasonable, not outrageous like other pet stores. I purchased an adorable and healthy ferret. I have another ferret at home and we introduced them and there was an immediate bond! I'm so happy I found a friend for my other ferret. She's adapting so well and we LOVE her so much! Now that I have found this pet store I am definitely having this as my go to place for ALL my pet care needs from now on. It's a family owned place so it's not your big cooperation company stores which I really like. Supporting a small family business who cares for the animals and has a great selection of supplies as well. YES they have small pets here. Definitely go check this place out. You'll be glad you did as I know my kids and I are very happy and will be going there from now on. THANK YOU Michelle and the gentleman that helped us purchase our new addition to our family!

My boyfriend and I have had excellent service while visiting here. We have gotten now 5 ferrets from here and stop here weekly for bedding or food. The staff is very friendly and let you shop without pushing you into a purchase. They are knowledgeable about what they sell and have good ideas of ways to help take care of your pets or ways for them to have fun. This shop is the only pet shop I enjoy visiting
